Return Process

  Place the unused boots in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is clean and free of any trail dust or hair.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it securely to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange size within 5-7 business days.
